I am Professor at ESSEC Business School in the Management Department and Head of the ESSEC Research Center on Capitalism, Globalization and Governance. Since 2012, I have also been Associate Dean of the ESSEC PhD program. My research interests include:

  • Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility

  • Economic Sociology, the Sociology of Markets, Institutional Theory
